Commercial Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Surveyor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our property specialist, you will be responsible for surveying commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

The Role:
  • Conduct thorough surveys of commercial properties to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Travel to various sites across Cornwall and surrounding areas to conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for property management and development.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have a strong background in commercial building surveying, with a Chartered RICS qualification.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
