Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Property Specialist. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property matters, including property valuations, lease negotiations, and building surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough building surveys and provide detailed reports to clients
  • Negotiate lease agreements and property transactions on behalf of clients
  • Provide expert advice on property valuations and market trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality property services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial property setting
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
