About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Building Surveyor to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a number of prestigious projects in the Cornwall area, covering various sectors such as Education, Health, Higher Education, Blue Light, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Be a Building Surveyor from a comparable consultancy background
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in client-facing situations
  • Hold a relevant degree and ideally be professionally qualified (MRICS or equivalent), or working towards this
