Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Building Surveyor to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including those in the Education, Health, Higher Education, Blue Light, and Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess building conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (MRICS or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
