Position: Customer Care Consultant

Role Overview: As a Customer Care Consultant, you will serve as a crucial link between our clientele and the service department. Positioned at the forefront of our operations, your enthusiasm for assisting customers will be essential. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that prior experience in an automotive dealership is not a prerequisite. Your initial weeks will include an immersive induction program, shadowing experienced colleagues, and a supportive buddy system designed to facilitate your transition into this role.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential
- A genuine passion for enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations through consistent communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will oversee your own customer portfolio
- Confidence in addressing complex customer inquiries professionally, seeking management support when necessary
- Proficient with technology, preferably with experience using CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival
- Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with us in a proactive and positive manner
- Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, guiding them towards favorable outcomes
- Perform all administrative tasks related to customer interactions accurately and empathetically
- Anticipate and assist customers with future needs
- Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention
