Role Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will serve as a crucial link between our clientele and the workshop team. Positioned at the forefront of our operations, your enthusiasm for assisting customers will be key. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that prior experience in a dealership is not a prerequisite. Your initial weeks will involve an induction program, shadowing experienced colleagues, and a buddy system designed to facilitate your transition into this vital role.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing customer expectations through consistent communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will oversee your own customer portfolio.
  • Confidence in addressing complex customer inquiries professionally, seeking management support when necessary.
  • Proficient with technology, preferably with experience using CRM systems.

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience throughout their journey with us.
  • Act as a knowledgeable advocate for both the business and the customer, assisting in their decision-making processes.
  • Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Proactively assist customers with their future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention.
