About the Position:
In the capacity of Head of Housekeeping, you will spearhead our housekeeping team, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, thereby fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors.

Compensation:
£12.31 per hour.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 35.5 hours per week, distributed over 5 days, from Monday to Sunday. Shifts may vary, typically scheduled from 8am to 1:30pm, 8am to 3:30pm, or 1pm to 8:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise support services, including laundry and domestic cleaning.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of the support service team.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for the housekeeping department.
  • Motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role, with a focus on team leadership and budget management.
  • A genuine compassion for the well-being of residents.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
