Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance to various stakeholders, including resource allocation and short to medium-term objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate options and implement plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Lead the monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting process
  • Monitor and provide insight and advice on the financial performance
  • Deliver financial results against Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

  • Hold a professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
  • Experience in identifying and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Possess experience in strategic business partnering within a complex organisation
  • Have full exposure to the development of end-to-end business cases
  • Experience in contributing to organisational vision
