Il ruolo di Assistente Notturno è estremamente gratificante e, ad ogni turno, avrai l'opportunità di fare una differenza positiva nella vita di un giovane che vive con la sua famiglia. È una persona molto tranquilla e ama conversare con i suoi assistenti - è un comunicatore naturale e adora chiacchierare. Attualmente sta studiando per una carriera nel settore dei videogiochi e desidera diventare indipendente, vivendo nella propria casa con supporto.

Adora andare al cinema, passeggiare con i cani e guardare i suoi programmi preferiti in TV (tra cui Marvel e DC)... e ama uscire, quindi è fondamentale essere un guidatore sicuro e competente per utilizzare il veicolo Motability fornito. Vuole costruire la sua fiducia nell'accesso alla comunità per diventare più indipendente.

Chi Cerchiamo

  • È ESSENZIALE essere un guidatore sicuro con una patente di guida valida, poiché potrebbe essere necessario guidare il veicolo Motability con il cliente.
  • Devi avere una comprensione dell'ansia e dell'assistenza centrata sulla persona per consentire a una persona con disabilità fisiche di condurre una vita indipendente e soddisfacente.
  • Costruirai una relazione autentica con lui e terminerai ogni turno con la soddisfazione di aver apportato un reale valore.

Requisiti Preferenziali:

Esperienza nell'assistenza, sia in un contesto professionale che come supporto a un familiare o amico, anche se viene fornita una formazione completa.
