About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Worker Driver, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to service users, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management.
- Support service users with physical and learning disabilities, including those with dementia and end-of-life care needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and care provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with a focus on community care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
