Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes and candidate evaluations
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely data updates and accuracy
  • Upload resumes and interview documentation onto the recruitment platform
  • Post job listings on both internal and external job boards
  • Manage recruitment email communications effectively
  • Support the Early Careers team during student orientation events
  • Handle administration related to student recruitment
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview schedules as needed
  • Organize recruitment events
  • Facilitate student recruitment initiatives that highlight our graduate and A-level opportunities
  • Represent MHA at student recruitment functions
  • Assist the recruitment team with nationwide project initiatives
  • Support the Early Careers Team in organizing assessment centers
