Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent for our championship-winning team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of candidate management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively operate with people at all levels. You will be responsible for supporting key roles across our team, including Early Years recruitment, Student Placements, Graduate Schemes, and Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support key roles across our team, including Early Years recruitment, Student Placements, Graduate Schemes, and Apprenticeships
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with our TA Business Partners to identify talent needs and develop solutions
  • Contribute to department-wide objectives and support the growth of our Talent Acquisition function
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a talent acquisition / recruitment role
  • Excellent track record of candidate management
  • Experience operating in-house; however, we'll consider applications from an agency background
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively operate with people at all levels
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects, maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • A can-do, positive, proactive attitude
