Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SIPP/Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve direct reporting to the team leader and collaborating with a group of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support and administration for clients and their portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage diaries and schedules effectively.
  • Facilitate the setup of new SIPP accounts.
  • Handle documentation and policy processing with precision.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data upkeep.
  • Oversee banking activities and reconciliations.
  • Address client queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Process various payments and liaise with internal teams.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a SIPP/SSAS environment.
  • Strong background in client servicing and administration within the SIPP/SSAS and investment sectors.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services.
  • Possession of a CII Award or similar qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo is a plus.
  • Strong written communication abilities.
  • A commitment to an office-based role with the potential for flexible hybrid working arrangements post-training.

Working Hours: The position offers a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, with specific hours outlined for each day.
