Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing comprehensive support and administration to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering extensive support and administration for clients and their portfolios.
  • Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to enhance client service.
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Setting up new SIPP accounts and processing documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Handling banking and reconciliation tasks.
  • Addressing client queries and managing email correspondence.
  • Processing various payments and liaising with internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a SIPP or SSAS role is essential.
  • Strong background in client servicing and administration within the financial services sector.
  • Possession of a CII Award or similar qualifications is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with exceptional MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in an office-based role with flexible hybrid working options post-training.

Working Hours: The position operates Monday to Friday, with a schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and an earlier finish on Fridays.
