Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing top-notch administrative support and client management, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to clients and manage various portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to facilitate client needs.
  • Oversee diary management and scheduling.
  • Assist in the establishment of new SIPP accounts.
  • Handle documentation and policy processing efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure their upkeep.
  • Manage banking operations and perform reconciliations.
  • Address client queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Oversee email mailbox management.
  • Process various payments accurately.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • And much more.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a SIPP or SSAS-focused role.
  • Strong background in client servicing and administration within the SIPP/SSAS and investment sectors.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Possession of a CII Award or similar qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet, and Intelliflo is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Able to commit to an office-based role with the potential for flexible hybrid working after training and probation.

Working Hours: The role operates Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and an earlier finish on Fridays.
