About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SIPP Accounts Executive to join our team at Four Squared Recruitment Ltd. As a SIPP Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration services to our clients, ensuring the smooth management of their SIPP portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Set up new SIPPs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Manage day-to-day portfolio activities, including property transactions, benefit payments, and calculations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of SIPP-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SIPP products and associated regulations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of SIPPs, including contributions, borrowing, and other relevant aspects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
