Investigo Change Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Student Conduct Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional and Support Services group, you will be responsible for supporting the management of student disciplinary and academic misconduct cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve student disciplinary cases in a fair and impartial manner, taking into account complex regulatory and sensitive information.
- Maintain a working knowledge of policies and regulations relating to academic matters to inform the location of casework appropriately within the relevant procedure.
- Assist with training sessions on student casework and related topics, including leading training sessions with the agreement of the Student Casework Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex and sensitive cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with considerable autonomy and to develop and maintain positive internal networks.
Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of on-site and remote work. You will be required to work on-site in London once or twice a month.
