Join Our Team as a Pensions Enforcement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pensions Enforcement Specialist. As a key member of our Enforcement and Remedies team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial markets.

About the Role

As a Pensions Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting forensic investigations into suspected misconduct and pursuing and remedying misconduct by firms and individuals through criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected misconduct, gathering and analyzing complex evidence to inform decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for pursuing and remedying misconduct.
  • Provide expert analysis and advice to senior stakeholders on complex regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including firms, individuals, and other regulatory bodies.
