About the Position: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to become a vital part of our team at Adamas Lux. In this position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, boosting sales, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and contributing to the achievement of the store's sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a courteous and professional demeanor, offering product insights and suggestions.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the cash register, including managing cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure the sales area is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked with merchandise.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking, product placement, and processing returns.
  • Support promotional initiatives and sales events by arranging displays, updating signage, and interacting with customers.
  • Address customer complaints and issues in a calm and solution-focused manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and foster a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including tidying fitting rooms and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in retail sales is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a retail or sales capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
