Retail Sales Associate - WHSmith Concession (Bookshop & Curiocity)
Contract Type: Part Time
Working hours: 3 days a week, including weekends and shift work with evening finish times. Salary: Competitive hourly rate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, possess a genuine enthusiasm for Books & Stationery, and be capable of working autonomously or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aspire for you, our customers, and our colleagues to take pride in sharing their experiences with us.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

Providing an exceptional customer experience by warmly greeting and engaging with all customers. Demonstrating a love for literature and a passion for reading. Being an attentive listener and confident in sales techniques. Ability to recommend products across various genres. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring all areas of the store are organized and inviting for customers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to facilitate easy navigation for our customers. Capable of merchandising a diverse range of Stationery items. Collaborating with team members and providing support to colleagues. Desired Qualities: A commitment to ensuring customers have an outstanding in-store experience. Strong communication skills within the team. Initiative to enhance sales performance. Motivation to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards. Flexibility to adapt to company objectives and requirements.
