Retail Sales Associate - WHSmith Concession (Bookstore & Curiocity)
Contract Type: Part Time
Working hours: 3 days a week, including weekends and shifts with evening finish times. Salary: Competitive hourly rate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, possess a genuine enthusiasm for Books & Stationery, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aspire for you, our customers, and our colleagues to take pride in sharing their experiences with us.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

Providing an outstanding customer experience by warmly greeting and engaging with all customers. Demonstrating a passion for literature and a love for reading. Being an attentive listener and confident in promoting products. Possessing the capability to recommend items across various genres. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring that all areas of the store remain organized and inviting for our customers. Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to facilitate easy navigation for our customers. Capable of merchandising a diverse range of Stationery products. Collaborating with team members and providing support to colleagues. Desired Qualities: A commitment to ensuring customers have an exceptional in-store experience. Confidence in communicating effectively within the team. Initiative to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Motivation to achieve outstanding results and maintain high standards. Flexibility to adapt to company requirements and objectives.
