Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in the South East Kent area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to clients with complex needs, including spinal and brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development of our care services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve client outcomes.
- Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures, and in line with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience.
- Experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care.
- Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
