Job Title: Rapid Response Complex Care Nurse

Superior Healthcare is a specialist provider of complex care at home, delivering high-quality services to individuals with long-term health conditions. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rapid Response Complex Care Nurse to join our team in the South East Kent area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years' post-registration experience to provide clinical care to our clients in the East and South Kent regions. The successful candidate will have experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Assess and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
  • Sign off on competencies and provide additional responsibility when not required for clinical work.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience.
  • Experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care.
  • Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
