About the Role

SharkNinja is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our growing IT team. This position will play a crucial support role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the development of changes and new features for the D2C websites and associated applications.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience in ecommerce, website development, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify and prioritize new requests.
  • Manage the Continuous Development backlog, ensuring processes are followed and priorities are met.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate communication with the development team.
  • Address impediments as they arise, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
  • Monitor and report on activities, identifying challenges before they affect delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to align with business drivers.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience with transactional websites and the Intershop website platform.
  • Team management skills.
