About the Role

SharkNinja is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Operations Coordinator to join our growing ecommerce team. This role will play a crucial support function in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our ecommerce websites and associated applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify and prioritize new requests.
  • Manage the Continuous Development backlog to ensure timely delivery of changes and new features.
  • Ensure that processes are followed and priorities are met for all sizes of requests.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate communication with the development team.
  • Address impediments as they arise, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
  • Identify potential challenges before they affect delivery.
  • Maintain regular reporting of activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen mindset with the ability to align with business drivers.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience with transactional websites.
  • Experience with the Intershop website platform.
  • Team management skills.
