About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce IT Operations Coordinator to join our growing IT team. This role will play a crucial support function within the team, focusing on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the development of changes and new features for our D2C websites and associated applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Ecommerce, website development, and Agile delivery environments. They will be responsible for working with Business Analysts to raise new requests, maintaining the Continuous Development backlog, and ensuring processes are followed and priorities met for all sizes of requests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with business stakeholders to facilitate communications with the development team, addressing impediments as they arise, and maintaining regular reporting of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Analysts to raise new requests
  • Maintain the Continuous Development backlog
  • Ensure processes are followed and priorities met for all sizes of requests
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate communications with the development team
  • Address impediments as they arise
  • Maintain regular reporting of activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skillfully organized and with a keen eye for details
  • Capable of working to deadlines and handling multiple requests simultaneously
  • A commercial acumen mindset able to align with business drivers
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
  • Experience of working with transactional websites
  • Experience in the Intershop website platform
  • Team management skills
