Position Overview:

The eCommerce Operations Coordinator oversees all facets of online retail operations, including sales and marketing strategies, website management, automation, risk assessment, profitability enhancement, data analysis, customer support, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience, maximizing profitability, and maintaining efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all elements of eCommerce operations, enhancing client journeys and experiences.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize appropriate tools, software, and technologies for optimal eCommerce operations.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the website (Shopify), focusing on technical aspects such as navigation, content development, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reporting structures, objectives, key performance indicators, and compliance standards.
  • Automate eCommerce operations using necessary tools, APIs, and plugins.
  • Identify potential risks and create sustainable business plans.
  • Enhance profitability through targeted marketing and branding efforts.
  • Analyze data, marketing reports, and profit margins to inform decision-making.
  • Manage inventory, refunds, customer support, and pricing strategies.
  • Establish and update processes, procedures, and policies to meet international standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Background in the B2C digital retail market.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment; startup experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, client relations, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communication, presentation, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in project management, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
  • Availability to work within the EU timezone.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify)
  • Knowledge of eCommerce sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience with eCommerce tools, software, and technologies
  • Familiarity with content management systems and website navigation
  • Understanding of customer journey analysis and optimization
  • Ability to develop and manage dashboards and key performance indicators
  • Knowledge of API integration and automation tools
  • Experience in risk assessment and business continuity planning
  • Expertise in leveraging social media and SEO for marketing
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and profit margin analysis.
