Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to ensure the College meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of quality assurance.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all confidential examination materials and maintain a secure environment for students and staff.
  • Liaise with awarding bodies and other external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise the administration of post-results services and ensure accurate and timely processing of results.
  • Support the integrity and accuracy of exam registration and achievement data held within the College's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Deputise for the Examinations Manager and provide leadership and support to the team as needed.
  • Promote the welfare and well-being of students and staff, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Person Specification Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appropriate level of digital literacy and proficiency in using College systems and software.
