About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Coordinator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with line operatives to improve line performance, minimize downtime, and optimize production processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including mechanical and procedural problems.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality parameters and customer specifications.
  • Responsible for completing relevant documentation and sign-off procedures.
  • Work closely with the Area Process Leader to improve line efficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to line operatives as needed.
  • Embrace new skills and activities to improve business performance.
  • Interact with customers during factory visits.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a team and operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 3 qualifications (training can be provided).
