Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain and production administration within a food manufacturing environment, focusing on three primary product lines.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed in compliance with company protocols, utilizing relevant IT systems.
- Manage daily requirements through SAP, ensuring efficient processing of orders in collaboration with the Planning department.
- Coordinate transport bookings effectively.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in SAP to the line manager or relevant departmental management.
- Maintain and update reports for the Transport department to ensure accurate tracking and management.
We are looking for individuals with experience in supply chain, production coordination, or planning roles. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of inventory management and experience with computerized inventory control systems. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, although experience with any ERP system will be considered sufficient, as comprehensive training will be provided. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) is essential.
