Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Job Summary:

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Information: Accurately record information from operatives, subcontractors, and clients onto our system.
  • Monitor Work: Continuously monitor work that has been booked in to be completed by sub-contractors.
  • Action Work: Take necessary action to complete work where required.
  • Provide Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on work in progress.
  • Highlight Issues: Identify and highlight any issues or trends that may arise.
  • Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling work and booking contractors.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Experience: Vast experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre environment.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Good geographical knowledge of the area, including main highways and best routes.
