**Job Summary**

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Record and manage customer information in our job management system.
  • Monitor job screens and take prompt action when required.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on work in progress.
  • Coordinate the deployment of operatives to jobs in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team and provide updates to clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
  • Previous experience in a call centre, contact centre, or helpdesk environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of construction or building trades is a benefit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work with contractors, tradespeople, tenants, and management.
