We are now hiring a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in petrol station equipment.
  • Install and commission new equipment to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and technical expertise.
  • Produce timely and accurate service reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set service level agreements.
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with set health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) and/or relevant experience.
  • Technical awareness including experience of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
  • Confident use of hand tools and ability to work at heights.
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to interact confidently and professionally with end customers.
  • Flexible approach with ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of PC hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
