Position Overview

We are currently seeking a First Line Support Specialist to enhance our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and detailed investigations and analyses, including integrations, to address customer inquiries.
  • Report any discrepancies or challenges in data, processes, and systems to the relevant teams or management for resolution, adhering to established procedures.

Qualifications
