Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to our clients using the Sage 200 application.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely and effective support to clients using the Sage 200 application, including assistance with month-end support, master data uploads, and user administration.
  2. Conduct user testing, training, and master data uploads to ensure seamless system integration.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize master data requests and ensure timely uploads.
  4. Support projects with technical advice and solutions, and aid in training new users on new systems and processes.
  5. Work closely with our Sage Support Partners to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
  7. Support the business in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the development of business roadmaps and visions.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  1. Experience with Sage 200 support, customization, development, or integration.
  2. Strong understanding of user testing, training, and master data management.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work from home or in our office on a hybrid basis. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 26 days' annual leave and a pension scheme.
