What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the stockrooms are maintained to a high standard, and the shop is clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
  • Be capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication, effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Be an excellent timekeeper, ensuring that you are punctual and reliable in your attendance and work habits.
  • Have full awareness of security issues, such as stock loss prevention, and take proactive steps to prevent any potential issues.
  • Give advice and suggestions where necessary, providing customers with expert knowledge and guidance on our products.
  • Engage with customers, making them feel welcome and valued, and building strong relationships with our customers.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will also need to have good organizational and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
