We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious York Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
  • Sell our exceptional art, including works by renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
  • Participate in new releases and gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen and make the most of client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
  • Confident in ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
  • Confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Ability to support current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery.
  • Enthusiastic, engaging individual who enjoys interaction with clients.
  • Desirable: driving license for possible home consultation visits with clients.
  • Ability to handle moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
