Job Opportunity: Luxury Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious York Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
  • Sell our exceptional art, including works by renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
  • Work on new releases and gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year to strengthen and make the most of client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the gallery.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
  • Confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
  • Confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Ability to support our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.
  • Enthusiastic, engaging personality with a passion for interaction with clients.
  • Desirable to have a driving license for possible home consultation visits with clients.
What We Offer:
  • Excellent bonus and uncapped commission structure - £500 minimum guarantee for the first six months.
