Role Overview:

  • Formulate and execute sourcing strategies
  • Oversee supply chain for food service providers
  • Foster robust internal stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Guarantee supply security and manage associated risks
  • Identify and manage the supply of food service products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on procurement strategies
  • Enhance supplier partnerships and sustainability efforts
  • Guide and mentor Assistant Procurement Manager(s)

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: Nando's Leadership Team, Supply Chain team, Operations Team, and others

External: Suppliers, Distributors, and industry organizations

Required Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the sourcing process
  • 5+ years' experience in procurement
  • Strong influencing capabilities and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and sustainability
  • Various soft skills including Leadership, Teamwork, and Decision Making
