Role Summary:

  • Formulate and execute sourcing strategies
  • Oversee supply chain operations for dining service providers
  • Foster robust relationships with internal stakeholders

Main Duties:

  • Direct strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Guarantee supply security and mitigate risks
  • Identify and manage the procurement of dining products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on contract strategies
  • Enhance supplier partnerships and sustainability efforts
  • Guide and develop Assistant Sourcing Lead(s)

Key Collaborators:

Internal: Nando's Leadership Team, Supply Chain Division, Operations Team, among others

External: Suppliers, Distributors, and industry organizations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the sourcing process
  • Over 5 years of experience in sourcing
  • Exceptional influencing abilities and stakeholder engagement
  • Awareness of industry best practices and sustainability
  • Various interpersonal skills including Leadership, Teamwork, and Decision Making
