Position Overview:
Morgan Law is collaborating with a charitable organization in London to find a Strategic Sourcing Lead. This role is pivotal in overseeing procurement and contract management excellence within the Fundraising and Marketing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the procurement team in managing various sourcing initiatives, ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive category strategies, utilizing benchmarking and cost analysis methodologies.
  • Oversee procurement and contract management risks by fostering a robust procurement culture throughout the organization.
  • Lead the tendering process, negotiations, and ongoing supplier management.
  • Enhance the visibility of the Procurement function by engaging with essential stakeholders and establishing a reputation as a trusted business partner.
  • Manage critical supplier relationships to boost performance, including the establishment of effective contract oversight.

Candidate Profile:
• CIPS certification or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage comprehensive procurement projects
• Experience in crafting procurement strategies and category plans
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder and supplier engagement.
