About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Finance Operations team as the Head of Source to Pay. This is a critical role that will lead the development and implementation of our global Source to Pay strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Source to Pay team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement a strategic and tactical sourcing strategy across all categories and business divisions, driving the global Source to Pay vision.
  • Global Process Owner for Source to Pay activities, standards, tools, and procedures, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance across all Source to Pay teams, fostering collaboration and driving the widest range of benefits and opportunities.
  • Lead and drive engagement with key senior business leaders, ensuring the Source to Pay strategy supports and addresses their key department objectives and challenges.
  • Responsible for sign-off of all benefits and oversight of budget reductions.
  • Ensure representation at strategic Senior Stakeholder Forums.
  • Foster collaborative relationships and effective networks across all business areas.
  • Partner closely with Team leads to build and implement effective communication plans.
  • Lead, develop, and implement innovative Source to Pay solutions to address business requirements and challenges, maximizing value and ensuring delivery of breakthrough results.
  • Work closely with the Finance Operations Leadership Team to support cost challenge and demand management initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Source to Pay policies across all business areas.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the Global Source to Pay Function.
About the Team

The Finance Operations team is a critical function that supports the wider business in the procuring of goods and/or services, managing suppliers and partners to enable the organization's day-to-day operations and prompt payment of suppliers. We are responsible for developing the operating model, including vision and strategy, governance, service delivery framework, and standard global processes.
