Job Title: Facilities Team Leader

Catalent's Nottingham facility is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Team Leader to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure and assets in compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Overseeing maintenance of site utilities, infrastructure, and equipment
  • Managing daily activities and following the tiered system
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Implementing appropriate preventive maintenance programs
  • Coordinating with external contractors and service providers
  • Ensuring team compliance with EHS requirements
  • Planning and executing engineering projects
  • Maintaining project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, utilities management, and statutory regulations
