Job Summary

Aqua Sana Spa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Team Leader to join our team. As a Spa Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure the spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide training and support to spa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control spa operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to spa operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a spa or hospitality management role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment.
