Spa Team Leader Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Team Leader to join our team at Aqua Sana. As a Spa Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Provide training and support to spa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in the spa industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
