About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Team Leader to join our team at Aqua Sana, Center Parcs. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement spa operations strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Provide lifeguard cover as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Valid IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role or spa industry
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
