Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of spa staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that the spa operates within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a spa or hospitality management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
