Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring that all their expectations are exceeded during the spa experience. You will work closely with the Spa Manager to motivate the team, communicate with other departments, and manage the spa to meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional spa treatments and services to guests
- Assist the Spa Manager in managing the spa team and ensuring high standards are met
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development of the spa team and provide coaching and guidance as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar quality spa environment
- Knowledge of holistic therapies, aromatherapy, and Elemis products is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
