Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service in our spa department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing the spa department and team.
  • Provide amazing hospitality to our guests, exceeding their expectations during the spa experience.
  • Motivate the team, communicate with other departments, and manage the spa to ensure all standards are met.
  • Ensure all guest expectations are met, and provide a personalized experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of holistic therapies, aromatherapy, and Elemis products.
  • Contribute to the development of the spa team, providing guidance and support as needed.
