About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the management of our independent retirement housing developments in the Warwickshire and Worcestershire areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective management service that exceeds customer expectations and achieves targeted profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Lodge Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our developments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external landlords and residents
  • Control expenditure and produce budgets and accounts for presentation to homeowners
  • Negotiate with contractors and oversee performance
  • Support the professional development of team members through regular performance reviews and training
  • Build internal relationships with support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager with a proven track record in leasehold property management. The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of numeracy and IT skillsFull UK driving licence
